Ellen Weber

|
Ellen Weber has extensive operational and human resource expertise.
Prior to joining Antiphony, Ellen was a vice president at the
Mayer Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm. She also was
instrumental in the growth of Investor Force, a provider of technology-based
solutions for institutional investment professionals, where she
created the company's initial human resources department, facilitated
strategic planning, and managed the organizational aspects of
the company's mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Ellen spent
twelve years at Shared Medical Systems where she was responsible
for initiatives encompassing organizational development, customer
support and corporate communications. She also has served as a
senior consultant for Andersen Consulting, and she currently is
the executive director for Robin Hood Ventures, an angel investment
fund focused on emerging growth companies.

Kathy Babin

|
Kathy Babin has nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience working with start-up technology companies and market leaders such as Microsoft, Intel, IBM and Hewlett-Packard. She has specialized expertise in: branding, new product launches, demand generation, public relations, analyst relations, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Before joining Antiphony, she was vice president of marketing at Ajunto, an online marketplace, where she oversaw all aspects of the company's marketing and demand generation activities. Kathy also served as a senior marketing executive at US Interactive, a publicly-traded professional services firm, where she was integral to the success of its initial public and subsequent secondary offerings. Earlier in her career, she directed corporate communications, public relations and product marketing activities for Intelligent Electronics, a $4 billion technology distributor, and XL Connect Solutions, a publicly-traded, information technology services provider.
Kathy graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in economics.

Jeffrey Babin

|
Jeffrey Babin has more than 20 years of experience developing business strategies for emerging companies as well as Fortune 500 clients. Prior to founding Antiphony, he served as CEO of Corporate Technology Ventures, a company he founded and grew into one of the nation's premier medical software publishing companies. He serves as a senior lecturer and associate director in engineering entrepreneurship at the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) and is the India country manager for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum, both at the University of Pennsylvania. Jeffrey currently holds an appointment as a lecturer in marketing and was a lecturer in entrepreneurship for the Wharton School. He is the Wharton Venture Initiation Program advisor and is an entrepreneurial fellow for the Weiss Tech House. Jeffrey is also a founding member of the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Fund, a $4.2MM seed and early stage investment fund.
Jeffrey earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
